Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or purchasing a subscription from EuroView IPTV, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

EuroView IPTV provides access to a library of live TV channels, movies, and series delivered over the internet (IPTV). Service availability may vary by region. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to modify channel availability.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are sold as a single, one-time payment for a fixed period of your choice — 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. There are no contracts and no automatic renewal: your access simply expires at the end of the chosen period, and you are free to renew manually whenever you like.

Each plan can be activated on 1 to 5 simultaneous devices. The price scales with both the duration and the number of devices you select at checkout.

The table below shows indicative pricing for a single device on the Platinum plan. Adding more devices (up to 5) increases the price accordingly, and the exact total is always calculated and shown before payment on our Pricing page.

  • All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and are subject to change without notice. The price you confirm at checkout is the price you pay for that subscription period.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We do not store your payment card data.
  • Subscriptions are personal, non-transferable, and may not be resold or redistributed.

4. Free Trial

A 24-hour free trial is available once per email address. Abuse of the trial system (multiple accounts, VPN spoofing) may result in immediate account suspension.

5. Refund Policy

We stand behind our service and offer a fair, good-faith refund policy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans if the service genuinely does not work on your devices after you have followed our installation guide and given our support team a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

Like all IPTV providers, our network can occasionally be affected by external factors outside our direct control — most notably DDoS attacks and similar network-level attacks targeting IPTV infrastructure, where internet service providers or malicious actors deliberately disrupt or throttle streaming traffic. We monitor for these events around the clock and work to restore full service as quickly as possible.

48-Hour Service Guarantee

If a service-side outage or attack prevents your streams from working and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours of you reporting it, you are entitled to a refund (or a free extension of your subscription, at your choice) for the affected period.

To keep things transparent, we ask that a refund claim relates to a genuine service fault. Before approving a refund we work through the issue with you to rule out problems on the viewing side, because the vast majority of streaming problems are caused by the local setup rather than our servers.

Important — Buffering Is Not Grounds for a Refund

Buffering on its own does not qualify for a refund. Buffering is almost always caused by factors on your end that we must first check together, including:

  • Insufficient memory (RAM) or processing power on your Android box, Smart TV or streaming device
  • Your local network — a faulty or low-quality Ethernet cable, or an overloaded router
  • Wi-Fi quality and band — for example using a weak 2.4 GHz signal where a 5 GHz connection or a wired connection would perform far better
  • Overall internet speed and stability from your provider

We will gladly help you diagnose and fix buffering, but because it depends on your environment it is not, by itself, a valid reason for a refund.

Server Tiers and Performance

Performance also differs by plan: the higher the tier, the more capacity and the less buffering. Our entry-level Silver server is excellent value, but during peak load — for example a high volume of simultaneous live football matches — it can occasionally buffer. This is a known characteristic of the lower-priced tier and is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.

Our Premium, Platinum 1 and Platinum 2 servers run on more powerful, higher-capacity infrastructure and virtually never experience this — buffering on these tiers is close to zero, even during the busiest events. If you watch a lot of live sport, we recommend Premium or a Platinum plan for the most stable experience.

About the Premium Plan

The Premium plan is a highly stable, low-buffering server, but please note it carries a smaller library than the Platinum plans — fewer channels and fewer movies and series. It is a great choice for reliable everyday viewing and live sport, while Platinum 1 and Platinum 2 offer the full catalogue with the largest selection of channels, movies and series. A smaller library on Premium is by design and is not grounds for a refund.

A refund is valid when the stream does not work at all — for example a completely black screen with no playback on the affected service — and this fault persists for more than 48 hours after you report it and cannot be resolved by our support team.

Refunds are not available for trial abuse, for change-of-mind after the service has been confirmed working, or if account credentials have been shared with third parties in breach of these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your credentials with others outside your household
  • Resell or redistribute the service
  • Use the service to circumvent geographic restrictions in violation of content licenses
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or probe the service

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

EuroView IPTV is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the preceding 30 days.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin.
