1. Acceptance
By creating an account or purchasing a subscription from EuroView IPTV, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
2. Service Description
EuroView IPTV provides access to a library of live TV channels, movies, and series delivered over the internet (IPTV). Service availability may vary by region. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to modify channel availability.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscriptions are sold as one-time payments for a defined period (6 months, 1 year, 2 years).
- Prices are displayed in EUR and are subject to change without notice.
- Payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not store payment card data.
- Subscriptions are non-transferable and may not be resold.
4. Free Trial
A 24-hour free trial is available once per email address. Abuse of the trial system (multiple accounts, VPN spoofing) may result in immediate account suspension.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans if the service does not work on your devices after following our installation guide. Refunds are not available for trial abuse or if credentials have been shared with third parties.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your credentials with others outside your household
- Resell or redistribute the service
- Use the service to circumvent geographic restrictions in violation of content licenses
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or probe the service
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
EuroView IPTV is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the preceding 30 days.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin.
